How do I order and activate my charge card?
To get your free Shell Recharge card, go into the Shell Recharge app, and click “order charge card” in the charge card section of your account. It will be sent straight away to your registered address and should arrive within 5 working days. Once you receive it, you need to activate it in the app. Learn about Shell Recharge charge card here.
